1. Raw Material Purchasing Inspection:
we will prepare for the raw materials with first class, brand new, unused, and complies with the quality and specifications stipulated to make sure production will be enough well prepared. our engineer will check the drawings of parts to ensure well designed.
2. During Producing Inspection:
Our engineer will check key point of production for each product, and all assembly line. To certain worker will be responsible with certain production. Be strict with every step to ensure quality.
3. After Production Inspection:
Our QC will check every spare parts to ensure high precision manufacturing. After assemblying, our QC will check the product work well or not. the whole production line will be installed in our workshop for whole line testing.
4. Packing Inspection:
We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt standard exported carton. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by thickening plastic bag for waterproof.
